United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime
UNODC Business Card Design for Eastern Africa Office
A corporate stationery design for the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), Eastern Africa. The card was designed for Ms. Jeptum Bargoria, Head of Office, and needed to reflect the professionalism and global standing of a UN agency while remaining functional for everyday use.

Challenge
UN-affiliated materials come with strict brand guidelines around the UN emblem, colour palette, and typography. The challenge was to produce a business card that stayed fully compliant with these standards while still feeling distinct and well-crafted, not like a generic template. The layout also had to comfortably fit the office's full contact details, physical address in Kampala, email, and web link, without feeling cluttered.
Solution
We built a two-colour system: a bold UNODC-blue front carrying the emblem and department name, paired with a clean white reverse for contact details. A vertical divider was used on the back to separate personal details (name, title) from office information (address, email, website), improving scan-ability. The UN emblem was echoed subtly in the background as a watermark to reinforce brand identity without overpowering the layout.
Results
The final design delivered a card that is instantly recognisable as UN-affiliated, professional, and easy to read at a glance. It set a reusable template standard for other staff cards within the Eastern Africa office, keeping future print runs consistent and on-brand.
